Is it really a one-time payment?
Yes. You pay once for the implementation — setup, migration, configuration and training. There is no monthly or yearly subscription to us, and the open-source edition of Odoo we install has no licence fee.
What happens when we add more users?
Nothing changes on your bill. Going from 5 users to 200 costs you nothing extra from us. The only running cost is your own server, which you pay your hosting provider directly.
What if we want to leave you?
You already own everything: the server, the database, the admin passwords and the documentation. Your own IT team or any Odoo partner can take over. That is the point.
Which Odoo modules do we start with?
Most growing businesses go live on accounting, sales, inventory and purchase — the core that replaces Tally and spreadsheets. Manufacturing, POS or HR are added once the first set is running.
Can we move from Tally without losing our history?
Yes. We migrate your chart of accounts, masters, open balances, and historical transactions, then verify the result against your existing trial balance before you switch.
How long does an implementation take?
It depends on scope — which modules, how much data, and how many locations. The free demo produces a phased timeline for your specific setup, so you know before committing anything.
Where does the ERP run?
On your own server — in your office, or in your own cloud account with any provider. The server and the data are in your name, not ours, and we set it all up.
What does it cost?
One fixed price for the whole implementation, agreed after a free demo and before any work starts. Your team size doesn’t change it, and there is nothing to pay us afterwards.
