The questions everyone asks
Is it really a one-time payment?
Yes. You pay once for the implementation — setup, migration, configuration and training. There is no monthly or yearly subscription to us, and the open-source edition of Odoo we install has no licence fee.
What happens when we add more users?
Nothing changes on your bill. Going from 5 users to 200 costs you nothing extra from us. The only running cost is your own server, which you pay your hosting provider directly.
What if we want to leave you?
You already own everything: the server, the database, the admin passwords and the documentation. Your own IT team or any Odoo partner can take over. That is the point.
What does it cost?
One fixed price for the whole implementation, agreed after a free demo and before any work starts. Your team size doesn’t change it, and there is nothing to pay us afterwards.
