FAQ
Before you hand over the books
Do we need to be on Odoo already?
No. If you are on Tally or spreadsheets, we set Odoo up on your own server first and move your balances across. Owning the system is the point.
How do we send you bills and statements?
Whatever is easiest — email, WhatsApp, a shared folder or uploading straight into Odoo. We agree it on day one and stick to it.
Can our own team still use Odoo?
Yes. Your sales, purchase and stock teams keep working as normal. We handle the accounting side behind them.
What does it cost?
A fixed monthly fee, quoted after we see your volume of transactions. It does not change with the number of people on your team.
Do you handle tax filing?
This service covers bookkeeping and accounting. Your books will be filing-ready for your CA; ask us on the call if you need more.
