Questions about cost
Why don’t you show a price?
Because two businesses the same size can need very different setups. After a free demo we know what you need, and you get one fixed figure for all of it — before any work starts.
Does the price go up with more users?
No. Team size is not part of the price. 5 users or 500, the implementation fee is the same, and adding people later costs you nothing from us.
What will we pay after go-live?
Nothing to us. Your only running cost is your own server, paid directly to your hosting provider — or nothing at all if it runs on hardware in your office.
Is there an Odoo licence fee?
We install the open-source edition of Odoo, which has no licence fee and no per-user charge.
What if we want changes later?
Ask us and we quote the change as a one-off job. Or use your own IT team or any Odoo partner — you hold every key, so you are never tied to us.
