Yes. A customer portal can be switched on per project, showing only the tasks and documents you choose to share.
Does this replace our WhatsApp groups?
For decisions and approvals, yes — those belong on the task. Day-to-day chatter will carry on wherever your team already talks, and that is fine.
Can we bill from a project?
Yes. Time and expenses recorded against a project can be invoiced directly, either at a fixed price or on what was actually spent.
